In former times, when young girls aspired to be actresses, they were usually advised to study acting in college or at a dramatic school for the arts. Born Emmanuelle Aurélie Munos, she
chose Clara Morgane as her professional name. Clara launched her career as
photographer's model at age 12. However, at age 19, she discovered porn
during an erotic exhibition show in Paris and decided to give it a try.
She quickly became one of France's highest paid porn actresses and received
the Hot d'Or award for "Best French Starlet" in 2001.
Clara then graduated
from porno films to becoming a television personality who regularly reports
on the porno business in "family-friendly" [whatever that means in France]
TV programs and was voted
the top French and eighth sexiest woman in the world by the French edition
of the magazine FHM. Clara has also become the French version of Ann
Landers and writes a popular sex advice column for teenagers.
Clara is also a popular singer and recording artist with several albums and music videos to her credit. Her debut album, DéCLARAtions, for which she wrote all of the lyrics, was released June 18, 2007, is a mixture of funk, hip-hop, and R&B. Clara recently branched out into the lingerie business with two best-selling brands titled 'Clara M.' and 'Shocking Princess.' She is also the spokeswoman for the French soft drink Gini.
